Merlyn Robb Osborn II, 83, formerly of Talmage, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born on September 19, 1936, in Talmage, Nebraska to Merlyn Carl and Virginia (Lewis) Osborn. Merlyn retired from the U.S. Army and worked for years as the City Clerk in Talmage before moving to the Emerald Assisted Living and Nursing Home in Omaha.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
