Roberta "Pauline" (Oldfield) Lanus

Roberta “Pauline” (Oldfield) Lanus, 71 years of age, of Omaha passed away Monday, June 10, 2019. She was born on December 15, 1947 in Rulo to Leonard and Alta (Green) Oldfield.

Roberta was a beloved mother survived by her children, Robert Stechenfinger Jr., Renee Straub and husband Charles, Randy Stechenfinger Sr. and wife Carrie, all of Omaha; sister, Linda Weichel of Dunbar; nieces, Tina Meyers, Korina Buck; grandchildren, Michelle Kydney, Brandy Redden-Stechenfinger, Richard Stechenfinger, Jessica Peters, Randy Bell, Christine Griffin, Andrew Stechenfinger; and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Oldfield and Alta Horr; husband, Dean Lanus; grandson, Mark Stechenfinger I; brother, Richard Oldfield; and cousin, Terry “Cuz” Kelley.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn with Pastor Eric Biehl officiating. Interment will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at Brownville. Visitation with family greeting friends will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday, June 14, 2019 at Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn. Memorials are suggested to the family’s choice in care of the funeral home. Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn in charge of arrangements.
