Walter "Mike" Michael Fritz

Walter “Mike” Michael Fritz, 67, of Falls City, Nebraska was born on January 21, 1952 in Falls City, Nebraska to Harold and Jean (Butler) Fritz.  He was raised in Falls City and attended school there graduating from Falls City High School with the class of 1966.  Mike worked many years as a mechanic at Eddie Motors in Falls City. 

Mike passed away at the Falls City Care Center in Falls City, Nebraska on Friday, April 26, 2019, having reached the age of sixty-seven years, three months, and five days.  He is preceded in death by his father Harold Fritz, mother Jean Murphy, a sister Linda Gutierrez and brother-in-law Dan Gentry.

Mike is survived by his sons: Tony Fritz and wife Nurssia of Biloxi, MS; Jason Fritz of Denver, CO; Michael Fritz of Hiawatha, KS; grandsons Zebariah Meyers of Horton, KS; Garret Meyers of Manhattan, KS; a brother Dennis Fritz of San Diego, CA; a sister Gina Gentry of Falls City, NE; step-mother Shirley Fritz of Falls City, NE; and many other relatives and friends.

Mike’s wishes were to be cremated with no services held.  The family will be in charge of any memorial services.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family’s choice with a later designation.
