Arlene Carder Obituary
Arlene E. (Harms) Carder, age 92, of Nebraska City, passed away Wednesday, December 18, at the Duff Friendship Villa in Nebraska City. A graveside funeral service for Arlene E. Carder will be held Friday, December 20, at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Matthew Lutheran Cemetery in Johnson, NE.
Visitation will be Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn, NE.

Arlene Ellen Harms daughter of Herman Harms and Louise (Lunzmann) Harms was born on September 2, 1921 on a farm northwest of Auburn, NE.
Arlene attended Grand Prairie School District 21 and graduated from Auburn High School in 1939. During WWII Arlene worked at a Bomber plant in Omaha, NE. Arlene was united in marriage to Ray Haliahnn in 1949, and later was united in marriage to Byron Carder. Arlene and Byron raised chickens for sale on a farm south of Auburn, NE. She was a past member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Johnson, NE.
Due to ill health Arlene entered the nursing home and on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 she passed away having reached the age of 92 years, 3 months, and 16 days, she was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, and two brothers.
She is survived by cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Services for Arlene Carder are entrusted to Hall Funeral Chapel of Auburn.
