Carolyn Young Obituary
Carolyn M. Young, age 59, of Falls City, NE, passed away Wednesday, July 27, in Lincoln, NE, A Funeral Mass for Carolyn M. Young will be held Saturday, July 30, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Falls City, NE. A Rosary will be held Friday at 7:00 p.m. at the Church. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Hiawatha, KS.
She is survived by her husband Richard Young Jr. of Falls City, NE; two sons Richard Young III and wife Deanna of Lincoln, NE; Victor Young of Lathrop, KS; one sister Deloris Spence of Hiawatha, KS; two brothers Ralph Spence of Kansas City, MO; Clifford Spence of Paola, KS; And two grandchildren.

Carolyn Marie Young
Carolyn Marie Spence, daughter of George Spence and Dora Schuetz Spence was born in Horton Kansas on August 24, 1945. she was one of four children born to this union.
Carolyn attended Catholic school in Horton, KS after graduating from High School in Hiawatha, KS she attended East Central Junior College in Union, MO. She was united in marriage to Richard Young Jr. July 17, 1965 at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church in Hiawatha, KS.
Carolyn and her family had lived in Hiawatha, KS, Olathe,KS, Sullivan, MO, and Falls City, NE. She was a member of Sullivan Jaycee Wives; DOES. She enjoyed gardening. Most of all, she loved her family.
Due to Illness Carolyn entered the Falls City Community Medical Center on Tuesday, July 19, and on Tuesday, July 26, she was taken to Bryan LGH East Hospital in Lincoln, NE. It is there that on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 she passed away having had reached the age of 59 years. Those left to mourn her passing are her husband Richard Young Jr. of Falls City, NE; two sons Richard Young III and wife Deanna of Lincoln, NE; Victor Young of Lathrop, MO; one sister Deloris Spence of Hiawatha, KS; two brothers Ralph Spence of Kansas City, MO; Clifford Spence of Paola, KS; and two grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives.
