Cheryl Kay (Roland) Miller

Cheryl Kay Miller, 75, of Rulo, Nebraska went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, after a long and courageous battle of stage 4 cancer.  She was born on November 25, 1945, in Tacoma, Washington to Mike “Guy” and Edna (Weaver) Roland.  Cheryl was the youngest of the four children born to this union.  As a young girl, she attended school in Rulo, Nebraska and later attended Falls City High School for her freshman year.  Throughout her life Cheryl had many different jobs.  The jobs that meant the most to her was the time working as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and working as a security guard at Casino White Cloud.  She had been an employee at Casino White Cloud since 1998 until her health no longer allowed her to work. 

Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents, husband Harlan Miller, siblings: Jean, Marge, Kenneth and Charles.  She is survived by her four children: Sherry Gram of Falls City, NE; Shirley Dupree of Falls City, NE; Mike Tackett of Falls City, NE; Kari Fee of Cosby, MO; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021, at the Hall Funeral Home, 2403 Harlan Street in Falls City, Nebraska.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m.-noon on Monday, June 7, 2021, at the Hall Funeral Home in Falls City.

Interment will immediately follow services at the Rulo Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family with a later designation.
