Edwin Joseph Fouraker of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on December 7, 2016. He was born on March 7, 1942 to Mary Evelyn Fouraker (Frederick) and Harry Edwin Fouraker. He grew up in Salem, Nebraska, graduating from Salem High School in 1960. Upon graduating, he joined the Navy and served eight years. Prior to his retirement, he was most recently employed by Raytheon in Tucson.
He is preceded in death by wife Virginia Crane Fouraker (Kentopp), father, Harry, brother, Gerald, and three sisters: Sonjia Kunze (Calvin), Pauline Fouraker, and Patricia Fouraker. He is survived by sons William Fouraker and Kenneth Crane, daughter Gail Parker (John), five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, mother, Mary, brothers John, Patrick, sisters Kathryn Johnson (Butch), Helen Fouraker, Regina Farrell (David), and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, January 14th, 2017 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Falls City with Fr. Thomas Dunavan officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Maple Cemetery in Salem. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be left online at www.hallfuneral.net.
