Ella Marie Biere, age 85 of Brock, NE, passed away Sunday, July 5, at the Ambassador in Nebraska City, NE.
following a direct cremation there will be no funeral or services.
Obituary
Ella Marie Green daughter of John Henry Green and Ella Marie (Meyer) Green, was born on November 16, 1929, on the family farm near Johnson, NE. she was one of seven children born to this union.
She attended school graduating from Brock High School in 1947. She earned a degree in education from Peru State College. Ella taught elementary school for forty two years, teaching in Brock, Minnesota, and Ralston.
She was united in marriage to Earl H. Biere on December 23, 1966 at the Zion Lutheran Church near Johnson, NE.
She was long time member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Johnson.
Marie and her husband Earl have lived in Brock for many years, and recently due to illness she entered the Ambassador Nursing Home in Nebraska City, It is there that on July 5, 2015 with her husband Earl by her side Marie passed away. She had reached the age of 85 years, 7 months, and 19 days. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by her husband Earl Biere of Brock, NE; one brother Marvin Green and wife Tena of Auburn, NE, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
