John Leroy Miller, age 81, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2006 at the Falls City Community Medical Center in Falls City, NE. A Funeral Service for John L. Miller will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Falls City, NE. Burial will follow at the Rulo Cemetery in Rulo, NE.
Visitation for John L. Miller is Scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home in Falls City, NE.
John is survived by his wife Helen Miller of Rulo, NE. Children Ruth Ann Miller of Falls City, NE; Linda Lee Adams (Mrs. Gary Adams) Rulo, NE, Ellen Irene Coburn ( Rs. Gene Coburn)Kansas City, MO; Kathie Marie Mckern ( Mrs. Richard Mckern) of Rulo, NE 11 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.

John LeRoy Miller
John LeRoy Miller son of John Roy Miller and Ethel Mae (Wiseman) Miller was born on June 27, 1924 in Omaha, NE.
John was raised in Omaha where he attended school up thru the eigth grade. He was united in marriage to Helen Elaine Gatewood on July 25, 1942 in Papillion, NE. together they raised four daughters
John worked as a transport driver for Metz Bakery he retired in 1986. LeRoy and Helen lived most there married life in Rulo, NE.
Due to ill health LeRoy enetered Falls City Community Medical Center on January 26, 2006 and it is there that he passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2006 having reached the age of 81 years. He was preceded in death by his grandson Bryan Mckern, great-grandson Brandon Witt, sisters June Miller, Ruth Boel, Mildred Johnson, Betty Ann Miller, Rosealie Miller, Peggy Miller, and brother Eugene Mc Donald.
He is survived by his wife Helen Miller of Rulo, NE; children Ruth Ann Miller of Falls City, NE; Linda Lee Adams ( Mrs. Gary Adams) of Rulo, NE; Ellen Irene Coburn ( Mrs. Gene Coburn) of Kansas City, MO; Kathie Marie Mckern ( Mrs. Richard Mckern) of Rulo, NE; 10 grandchildren, 31 great-grand children, 1 great-great grandchild, sisters Violet Polickey, and Bonnie Volk, and a brother Donald Miller, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
