Lester F. Oestmann

Lester F. Oestmann, age 86, passed away Tuesday, November 26 at the Belle Terrace Nursing Facility in Tecumseh, NE. A funeral service for Lester F. Oestmann will be held Saturday, November 30, at 11:00 a.m. at the Martin Luther Lutheran Church south of Johnson, NE. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Graveside military rites will be provided by Johnson American Legion Post # 330 and Army National Guard Honor Guard.

Visitation will be Friday, November 29, 12:00 to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6-8 at the Hall Mortuary in Johnson, NE.

Lester is survived by his wife, Ellen of Tecumseh, NE; children David Oestmann of Beatrice, NE; Paul L. Oestmann and wife Carrolyn of Fort Calhoun, NE; Ralph L. Oestmann and wife Kelly of Bristow, VA; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Adolf Oestmann and wife Connie of Tecumseh, NE; Harlan Oestmann and wife Betty of Tecumseh, NE; Lois Othmer and husband Leslie of Tecumseh, NE; Ronald Lee Oestmann and wife Beverly of Shanandoah, IA; Rosa Lee Crow and husband Bill of Marysville, KS; Kay Oestmann of Johnson, NE; other relatives and friends.
