Russell Murray Chapman, 83, of rural Falls City, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at the Falls City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Falls City. He was born on January 1, 1940, in rural Wyandotte County, Kansas to Harold and Mary Ruth (Coburn) Chapman. Russell's wishes were to be cremated with no public service held.
